NPF has developed our systems to easily integrate with each of our clients’ e-commerce sites. Alternatively we can set up an e-commerce store for you that directly links to our in-house fulfilment, payment processing gateways and shipping systems.

You can upload your orders to our FTP site or we can download the orders from your website. Files are imported into order Fulfilment system as CSV, Excel or XML files containing multiple orders. We can help you customise your shopping cart to submit XML Order Data in real-time, or choose a merchant service provider that offers direct integration. We can also work directly with you, your shopping cart provider, or your web developer to integrate an e fulfillment solution that will work best for you.

Merchant Services & Payment Processing Gateways:
Online payments and mail-order processing of credit cards in real time via the Internet is absolutely essential and NPF can link to most payment gateway services. We even carry our own Merchant facility & payment gateways which allows you to easily start doing business immediately.

Drop shipment from Distributors:
In many instances you may be able to get your distributor or retailer to drop ship the product directly. Our system can manage this process without any hassles. Alternatively, NPF can act as a drop shipper for your company.

Order Processing

Once an order is entered into our system, it is imperative that it is handled with speed, accuracy and efficiency. What do is pick, pack and dispatch this order without mistakes in the fastest possible

NPF will turn around your orders normally within 24 hours or less!! Exceptions to this schedule may occur on the day following a three-day weekend and during the weeks of the Christmas season. Our system tracks and reports on every single order from receipt to dispatch.

Our Fulfilment System:
NPF uses one of the worlds leading integrated ecommerce and order management system available for multi-channel businesses, with nearly 10,000 users worldwide. It provides the total order management, order import, and order processing automation solution for your business, whether you take orders online, by phone, over-the-counter or some combination of all three. Our system has all the bells and whistles that allow us to run your ecommerce order taking and order processing business.

Our system has the ability to manage each of our clients as a separate company. We are able to maintain separate inventory and customer information for each company while processing all orders from a single screen. Our order entry screens and order review screens can be tailored to the customers requirements so that information is captured accurately and efficiently.

Once an order has been entered or imported using the Order Import/Export feature, the order is processed. The order is then released and a packing slip/ invoice are printed in order to pick, pack, ship and bill it to your customer. Order Processing takes your orders through a "staged" sequence to generate each required piece of paper for orders that are pending processing.

Accounting Features:
In any successful business, tracking and reporting the daily financial numbers is a demanding task. NPF will manage this process and provide you with the information required to import into your financial systems and keep your accountants happy.

Accounts Receivable
Every time a customer order is entered, every time a payment is recorded from a customer, every time a refund or promotional credit is processed, our Journal File records the transaction. And, when you need to report on your A/R activity, our system provides the most comprehensive list of reports to fill the bill, including A/R Aging, Sales Listings, and A/R Journal Activity. And, for business-to-business users, our system lets you set up specific terms for each customer. You can also apply finance charges at month end and print statements.

Accounts Payable
Every time you record delivery of a purchase order from a supplier, you automatically create a payables transaction in the A/P Journal. And, Mail Order Manager gives you the ability to age payables to the maximum allowable date for any particular supplier. Just "point & click" to select invoices for payment, and print A/P checks.

Inventory Valuation
For cost of goods calculations, our system keeps an up-to-date figure based on your choice of LIFO, FIFO, or a running average of all purchases for each stock item. And, with the Inventory Transaction and Cost Lot reports, you'll be able to track each and every change to your inventory quantities and value.

Sales Tax Reporting
Our system gives you the most comprehensive sales tax reporting for your business. Setup and report tax rates at the country, state and municipal level. Establish as many five separate "tax classes" at any level to charge different tax rates or establish exempt status based on product type.
