How can we do this?
NPF operates in a very strict environment following the principles of APICS – A society of Supply Chain Specialists. Every product receipted into our facilities are verified, documented and entered into our WMS in real time. Your product is allocated a tracking number which allows us to track its movement within our facilities.

Cyclical stocktakes are performed on all stock between 2 & 8 times per year. We do this by working with you to allocate an A, B or C rating to each of your products. This allows us to count your “A” products more frequently than your “B” products and your “B” products more frequently to your “C” products. Our system manages, tracks and reports on the entire process.

It directs all warehouse operations in real-time, using the speed and accuracy of Radio Frequency (RF) terminals and bar code readers, optimising both facility and human resources.

It offers real-time, on-line access to all warehouse information, complete audit trails for all material moves, labour resource planning and tracking, multiple warehouse and multiple owner or division operation and the considerable efficiencies of task sequencing and task interleaving.

It features extensive cross docking functionality, up-to-the-second real-time views of expected receipts, orders, replenishments and picks, comprehensive picking functionality which includes full case picking, full pallet picking, pallet stripping, piece picking, batch picking and order picking, and the ability to track inventories in any conceivable multiple container hierarchy.

Additionally, our WMS offers carton tracking, lot control, date lot tracking, serial number tracking, and an Apparel Industry module which controls the tracking, putaway, picking, restocking and cycle counting of merchandise by colour, style and size.
