Our system has the ability to manage each of our clients as a separate company. We maintain separate inventory and customer information for each company while processing all orders from a single screen. Our order entry screens and order review screens can be tailored to the customers requirements so that information is captured accurately and efficiently.

Once an order has been entered or imported using the Order Import/Export feature, the order is processed. The order is then released and a packing slip/ invoice are printed in order to pick, pack, ship and bill it to your customer.

Every time you record delivery of a purchase order from a supplier, you automatically create a payables transaction in the A/P Journal. Our system gives you the ability to age payables to the maximum allowable date for any particular supplier. Just "point & click" to select invoices for payment, and print A/P checks.

Accounts Receivable:
Every time a customer order is entered, every time a payment is recorded from a customer, every time a refund or promotional credit is processed, our Journal File records the transaction. And, when you need to report on your A/R activity, our system provides the most comprehensive list of reports to fill the bill, including A/R Aging, Sales Listings, and A/R Journal Activity. And, for business-to-business users, our system lets you set up specific terms for each customer. You can also apply finance charges at month end and print statements..

Inventory Valuation:
For cost of goods calculations, our system keeps an up-to-date figure based on your choice of LIFO, FIFO, or a running average of all purchases for each stock item. And, with the Inventory Transaction and Cost Lot reports, you'll be able to track each and every change to your inventory quantities and value.

Sales Tax Reporting:
